I’ve gone through all the support methods fyi, just looking for some kind of resolution

What was the outcome?
If it still wobbles when the module is out it would proof that it's caused by the case and not a none ideal assembly. I would assume by providing a video of that it would be enough evidence to get a replacement case.
In the case the module was assembled in a way that the case got bent the chance is high that it happens again or that it's already so long that the stress relief would not make a difference anymore.
Nothing worked so far, waiting on a response from someone in support
