Like - At all? Even if you reboot the PC and start typing once you're on the desktop?
If that's the case please open up the Wootility app and take a screenshot of the whole window.
I ended up fixing it , it was really odd. I had to restart my PC like 3 times and reset the keyboard. Then all the keys worked finally except the enter and shift key. Then I did the same thing again now they all work. Thank god 😂
Also another thing when I remove the keyboard from the USB C slot sometimes
If im moving it and plug it back in it wont type unless I restart my PC. (Havent actually tried it multiple times) to see how often it happens
If you encounter the problem.again please check out the device manager and check how the Wooting is registered. There should be no entry which is marked somehow. Best to change the view to container.
I assume it will happen again.
If the keyboard is lit up it means that the PC has successfully enabled the device. If there is a major problem that wouldn't be the case. So it's likely that there is some software/ system issue.
