I'm a little confused. Mark told you back in mid Feb that YOU should reach out - once Vork starts shipping - which hasn't happened yet. So not much he can respond or do yet 🙂

yeah my bad for this at the time i've sent the email i didn't know when you were gonna start shipping Vork i had to dig up the support section to get the info that's why i expected an answer for my email that would tell me it hasn't yet or when you guys will start to, anyway thank you for the quick replies !
