The issue is that your order is... very unique.
You have a 60HE - which IS ready to ship out. And the email was sent.
But you also have a 2HE - which is NOT ready to ship out. So the system won't let you ship it.
We can do two things here.

Split up the order into two separate ones, invoice you for shipping on the 2HE and then have the 60HE ship out now.

Wait for the 2HE to be ready as well and both ship out together.
I see. I can just wait for both to ship out if that will be easier for you guys.
hello just wanted to follow up on this. i just saw your post from this morning and still having the same issue. i tried to confirm my address again for shipment and i do not see the option to do so on my account
I'm honestly not sure with regards to this order. According to the system, @frank stratus set it to allow to ship on the 22nd - which should bypass any stock issues we implement normally.
Sorry to clarify, I do not need to do anything on my end and both items will ship on the 22nd?

There was a 60HE and a W2HE in the order, but it was submitted ahead of when the W2HEs arrived.
But those keyboards arrived today, so your order should ship out in the next day or two without any additional action needed
Can't "bypass a stock issue" if there ain't no stock to bypass with 😂
Lol thank you for the clarification. I knew it was waiting on the W2HE but I wasn’t sure if I still needed to verify my shipment info once the W2HE was ready to ship. Thank you again and I can’t wait to get them!!!!
