#can’t confirm order

Received an email saying my order was ready to be confirmed but when I log on, it’s not letting me confirm my address. I also sent an email to support but pending reply

You have a 60HE - which IS ready to ship out. And the email was sent.
But you also have a 2HE - which is NOT ready to ship out. So the system won't let you ship it.

We can do two things here.

  1. Split up the order into two separate ones, invoice you for shipping on the 2HE and then have the 60HE ship out now.

  2. Wait for the 2HE to be ready as well and both ship out together.

I'm honestly not sure with regards to this order. According to the system, @frank stratus set it to allow to ship on the 22nd - which should bypass any stock issues we implement normally.

There was a 60HE and a W2HE in the order, but it was submitted ahead of when the W2HEs arrived.

But those keyboards arrived today, so your order should ship out in the next day or two without any additional action needed
