Backspace LED isn't working properly | Wooting | Page 1

Hi guys, the backspace key is much dimmer than all the other keys it almost looks like it isn't on.
The key works fine when typing, I tried the quick reset but its stays dark. Besides this it is an amazing keyboard!

Pull the spacebar keycap off using the included wire puller, and go through each basic colour using Wootility on all of the LEDs on the spacebar.

Red, Green, Blue. Do any of them stand out?

Yeah the backspace key only has a single LED.
