Hello, I ordered wooting 60HE and mechanical switch tool kit. My shipping status has been “processing” since 2/14. I reached out to Axelhire and they said, “I see that the package is marked as unscanned in our system, Which means it has yet to arrive at our warehouse.” I also sent an emailed to the wooting support team requesting for an update about 2 days ago. Would it be possible to provide an update? Thank you!

Looks like a no first scan error. Whether the carrier screwed it up or our fulfillment center is unclear, but having received your email we can work with you to get a replacement shipment sent your way

Hi Mark, I just received an email from Anders saying, "We've established a series of timeframes on a per-destination and per-shipping method basis for which we believe is a reasonable expectation to see if the parcel will ultimately deliver.
For your shipping method and country, that timeframe is 14 days.
Should the parcel tracking not update to show that it is en route by that date, we can safely assume the shipment to have been lost, and send a replacement." Does that mean I have to wait an additional 14 days from the date I received this email?
