Een maat heeft hem ook besteld voor de 2e keer alleen ik krijg geen datum te zien en hij wel. Ook heeft hij met 2 weken later besteld.

Wanneer kan ik hem verwachten.

Thanks! Okay so he can create an account with a different email, however when he has questions with his order he needs to contact wooting with the email that was used for the order originally (or full name and shipping address).

Alleen als je vragen hebt omtrent je order of je neemt contact op met wooting dan kan je dat het beste doen met je email adres waarmee je je order hebt geplaatst. OF je kan je volledig naam en verzendadres sturen naar wooting. Maar dit is alleen wanneer je contact opneemt via de mail 😄

@sturdy orbit Here I am again asking for your help because something strange is going on here, his order was originally EU-Ruimte but got transfered to EU-Vork. He ordered the ANSI one but it's showing ISO instead? (I assume that the last product is the assembled Wooting 2HE with keycaps?) Anyway could you sort out what is wrong here because I can't see what's going on here 😄 thanks in advance!

A 2HE keyboard could never be in Ruimte. Only Vork

Ruimte is a 60HE ANSI batch. Nothing else in it.
Vork is a 2HE batch.

👍 then the second question: he thought he ordered an ANSI board but it was an ISO board. Is it possible to change this? If so he should email social@wooting.io right?

Yep. If the order hasn't shipped out yet, we can change it via email.
If it has already shipped, they will also need to email us, so they can send it back and we can make a new order.
