#g key double click?

only g key
press the left end
I guess I'll keep writing /
But I'm wondering if these symptoms are unique to me?
Is there some obvious damage to the switch? Sounds like the keycap may pushes against something. Did replacing the switch with one of the spare worked?
change
never used the g key
Only the switch was the problem
Replaced with a spare switch
Can you please share a picture and maybe a video of the bad switch. Would be interesting to know what caused the problem.
Slightly caught on the wall at the end of the hole
where the circle was drawn /
I sharpened it a bit with a knife and it was fine.
Thx for sharing...
@safe meteor Could I ask you to either PM or email me your order number and the serial number of the keyboard?
Just making sure we put this on record internally if others experience similar issues, for further investigation later. 🙂
Please provide a picture of the bad unmodified switch.
okay
Same symptoms as the previous switch. / It hangs at 0.1mm from the bottom.
For reference:
To me it looks like that your switches kinda have some rails of additional material inside the hole on all four directions which should not be there. Otherwise the switches have changed without informing us.
But not just the bottom case of the housing looks weird to me, the stem also seems to be off for you. Looks like there two injection points, one on the north side (normal) but also one on the west.
Oh
Still need that serial number 🙂
Oh I send mail
I deleted the info, otherwise it's public, made note thanks
@safe meteor Could you also share your actuation point
A point 0.1mm from the floor
When I tried using rapid trigger
[i use translator...
I hope you understand even if it's a little strange T-T]
Rapid trigger at 0.1mm?
It's ok, can just give the numbers from the Wootility or make a screenshot
a.. Maybe I didn't understand well, so I'll write it down. Recognition doesn't happen twice
ah, I misunderstood - the double click meant the click sound.
Thank you for the detailed feedback and cooperation. This helped a lot for internal feedback for switch improvement.
