Hi. I just got an email from wooting that my order is ready to be shipped and that I need to log in. I did not create an account and when I tried to create one it tells me that my email doesn’t have order associated to my email. How can you help me confirm the address?

Sounds like you created an account just now with a different email than you used to check out with. For this you'll need to send us an email at social@wooting.io with your name and shipping address, so we can figure out what went wrong and get the package out the door 🙂
