can any one help the wootility program is not working the colors ar not changing on all 4 profiles and all the other thing are not working.
That is a photo of what my profile has been set to yet my keyboard is red and no matter which profile i change my keyboard color or actuation force it does not apply to my actual keyboard. The last time the application still worked was before i presed something on my keyboard by accident when i did that the color changed to blue.

Yep. Sure enough not connected. The orange button in the top left says as much. Should be green normally.

As much as I'd love to, I really don't have the hours in the day to offer one on one support like that.

Is the keyboard functioning normally otherwise? Can you type on it?
Is it plugged directly into the PC with our USB cable?
If you install the desktop version of the app, does it find the keyboard and show a 60HE sized board as well as a green instead of orange dot in the corner at the top left?

3)No. I also tried to reinstll the software but it stops at the second to last step and the app crashes. When I got the keyboard for the first time it had the green light but then one day I think I might have presed something on it and it turned blue after that the light has stayed orange for as long as I can remeber

The error logs may help. You can find the path in the troubleshooting section within the settings sub menu. But if the app fails to start normally this likely means a problem with the system. Either a hardware issue like bad RAM or issues with your OS, especially if a reinstallation fails.

So please try the device on a different system to check for that.

By the way, what is your system specification, like CPU and mainboard model name?

i hope on a chrome based browser so not firefox or safari amd if you use brave or the like you need to enable webhid i think
