II was just wondering what I could do to put my wooting back in place. The top of the keyboard plate and the bottom one are not flush. In addition, some keys have a bit of a metalic sound or reverb when clicking the keys. Is there anything I can do to fix?

I vaguely recall the Lekker Edition having a slight bend in the top plate that couldn't be resolved. But you should be able to screw it together just fine.

The lubing got improved for the W60HE, meaning on the older keyboard that was not done at all or as good.

No grease on the stabs, just the normal lube was used there I guess. The lube was overall kind of thick and not that suitable for the switches. It left a circle of lube on the PCB. For the W2 HE they changed the lube to a much thinner one but that spread out on the edges of the top plate. Now they use a different lube and method to apply it as far as I know.

The Wooting two HE Batch 1 Mass production was a success. On the 30th of July, the entire production was completed.

These are offered to improve the lube job and for maintenance later on. So I guess they are recommended by Wooting.
I haven't tested them but I'm also not familiar with other lubes anyway.
