I am so confused right now. The 60HE is not better... it's smaller.

And you can't take the PCB of a 60% sized keyboard and dump it into the case of a full sized keyboard... that's 40% missing there, without even considering the different case design mounting wise.

Just...buy whatever size complete keyboard you want. Buying "just the PCB" isn't going to help you in any way.

No I plan on making a custom 60% keyboard however I plan on using the switches from my Wooting 2he however I need a PCB for it and normal PCB's don't work with these switches so I need a Wooting 2he PCB.
