You should have an order number when the payment is complete on your browser, if you don't have that then there may have been an issue.
Usually what would happen is the transaction may go through but it won't be accepted on Wooting's side so the payment would be sent back to the bank in roughly 7-10 days ish
Pretty sure if you don't have an order number from the transaction then Wooting would struggle to help, you will have to wait until the payment is returned automatically.
Sounds like you may have made a typo in the email field.
Send us an email at social@wooting.io with the full name and shipping address of the order, and we can go look for it
