On December 26th I updated this order by buying the Pbt wooting keycaps Iso, and I made a deposit of 39.99. The order was updated correctly and there were the four products. The order was updated correctly and there were the four products, but since last Friday it has disappeared.
I sent you several emails on 5-1 with screenshots of the deposit.

Previously I cancelled some keycaps that I paid for on 16-12-22 but I cancelled them and was credited on 23-12.
This income is later, it is the day 26-12, since I thought again and bought them.

Still no word on why the keycaps have been removed from my pre-order list?
It is very strange to me because it has never happened to me with an online purchase.

It seems like a silly question, but do you take more than 3 days to answer emails? Or are you still collapsed for Christmas.

Your order is a mess with all kinds of addons and requests to cancel different parts and pieces, had to put together all the bits and pieces to figure out what's what. Sorted now though, and emailed to confirm.
