I have a pressing query that requires swift resolution. As I eagerly await the arrival of my Wooting product, I have encountered an issue. Being based in the United Kingdom, I have received inquiries from a shipping company regarding import charges. Is this a legitimate occurrence, or might this be a fraudulent website or scam? The email is 'yourorder@dpd.co.uk' and is purportedly from Wooting Store B.V. I am able to provide images to aid in clarifying any misapprehension and resolve this matter. I had assumed that such charges would have been covered in the course of my purchase from Wooting.

Yep - Legitimate. You didn't pay VAT on checkout, so you're paying it now (plus a handling fee)

This is a post-brexit issue.
