Hello Wooting Team,
since I downloaded the newest software for my Wooting 60HE yesterday my keyboard has gone mad. It randomly opens applications and folders without me doing anything. Kinda spooky, please help me out! 😶‍🌫️

Are you using the included USB cable from the box? Are you plugged directly into the PC? 🙂

If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

Hmm... my best guess is that the update has somehow enabled Tachyon mode together with a high rapid trigger and actuation setting combo, which can cause issues if all are enabled all at once.

You could try plugging it in, and then reducing the brightness all the way down if it'll let you. Just to get it into a state where it won't spam keys, and then go from there for troubleshooting.
