A friend of mine had their order shipped out, same warehouse, tracking number created on same date, to be sent to the same city. His arrived on the 29th, while mine has had no updates 🙈

Your order is unfortunately not "all normal just be patient" :/
Your shipping address got flagged by the fulfillment center's system as undeliverable on account of it heading to an APO.
We've not had a chance yet to go through the flagged orders to reach out for corrections/alternative addresses

So if you could send an email to social@wooting.io with an alternative shipping address, we can get it updated and released

Or perhaps someone who could receive it back by where your billing address is located?

That the listed address is an APO is definitely the issue. If you've got an address on base (that is capable of receiving parcels from couriers other than only USPS) we can give it a go

We won't be able to know for sure if it will or won't work without yeeting a keyboard into the abyss, but if you're confident that the (new) address provided has a good chance of getting delivered, we're willing to give it a go

Just please confirm ahead of time that the building is accessible for parcel carriers, would be silly to list an address in a restricted area that a carrier couldn't possibly deliver to

The address confirmation button mentions that APOs won't work but that'd be easy to miss in the excitement of pressing the green go button 😛

USPS, UPS, FedEx, Axlehire, ACI Logistics are the carriers that the fulfillment center has been using as of late

I don't really know the details on why a parcel would fail to deliver though I suspect that in some cases new drivers or drivers unfamiliar with the base wouldn't even try

We can attempt the shipment to a non-APO base address, if it fails to deliver we can refund after jumping through some process hoops

#

It's lot like your base is out in the middle of nowhere or anything, fair chance it'll be okay

It would be good to get some local reassurance just to be safe
