Hello, not a major issue since I can just track it with the link in my mail once it is on its way but yesterday I ordered my keyboard from you guys (order number: EU26250H) which I did without having an account.
When i created my account afterwards and I tried to transfer my order to the account it also today told me that there is no order & email combination like that which just seemed weird to me.
I ordered it with the same email as I created my account with afterwards
does it just take some time or is it like a bug?

Anyway - The reason you're having problems is what we're still waiting for your bank to actually confirm payment transfer has been made (this can take a couple of business days with your bank specifically)

Until that happens your order doesn't exist in all of our systems yet - specifically the hub.
