yeah but when i went to go check it out there was no package in the delivery box
You'll have to contact USPS about that. We can't really help there I'm afraid.
i just made a ticket as well with them
Hopefully they dropped it off locally, and whoever you get in touch with can give you details on where to go and how to pick it up 🙂

Could be a lot worse - The package could have been stuck or lost. At least this message sounds like you could potentially go pick it up tomorrow - And not have to risk porch pirates either 🙂

yeah my local post office is a horrendous nightmare, i've contacted both usps directly and gone into person but they haven't been able to necessarily locate it
what steps would you recommend next
i just talked to the mailman as well when he came to drop off packages, and he checked the parcel boxes and couldn't locate it or anything
please help me if you can, i have waited over 3 months and this whole situation just sucks immensely.
If USPS can't locate it, they would have to find it or start and investigation with you - You'll also need to send us an email at social@wooting.io

i have an investigation going on for them already and i visited the post office and called their call center directly

thank you for the response, because I was just about to find some way to get some money together to try and pre-order the NA-socks production, but i will wait until the 3rd before I order, hopefully it doesn't fill up too quickly if it comes to it!
if the package is lost and requiring replacement, would it be possible for me to pay for the expedited shipping? i would really like to ensure that it doesn't go through my local post office again, unless you don't know for sure then i will most definitely keep waiting

i talked to the person who usually does my route for mail and she confirmed that she scanned in the package at the correct location, then I received a phone call just now confirming that the package has indeed been lost, should I forward this information as well to the email that you originally gave me?

i asked her if i needed any type of proof for the lost package but she said that people usually don't require as such
if you guys do need some type of validity then i can see if i can get a hold of them again and send something if need be
