Order stuck on ready to pack for the past 6 days

heyo i just wanted to check that i'm not doing anything wrong as last time before i asked support to freeze my order due to me being unavaible to match the shipping times pre christmas it did ask me to click to ensure they started to pack the package please just disregard this if its holidays thats the cause for my order being stuck in the warehouse order is EU20681H

Are batches picked up in smaller batches or something? A friend of mine received theirs, same batch, ready to ship on the same day, but his has been delivered, while mine has not been picked up from the warehouse yet, according to the tracking.

A whole batch (sea and air are separate) all at onec usually.
