Doesn't look like your keyboard is connected to Wootility
The indicator is green in the pictures I attached. That does mean it's connected, I believe. Is that correct, it means its connected?
The green symbol indeed indicate the current connection status. It looks there is a communication issue of some kind.
Please try to reconnect the device and try it again. If it still fails please do a restoring.
You say settings aren't saved - Which settings specifically? The performance ones?
If you start painting new LED colours on the keys on the main screen, do they change on the board itself while you're doing it?
It would be interesting to know if color changes are applied or if that isn't working too.
Normally any color change should get applied immediately as a preview. If that works it would be kind of strange.
Performance & key remapping does not save. I will try LEDs and get back to you.

LEDs do change while I'm doing it.
So there IS some manner of communication. Very curious - Maybe @cunning cobalt has some input here (We're on holidays at this point, so don't expect a ton of communication 😄 )
I do not mind dealing with this after the holidays. After a little struggle I have set up all profiles as I want them and I would prefer not to contribute to workload during holidays.
We can resume once we are all back on our regular schedules.
Merry christmas!
@worn elm Both log files are needed here. You can get them by using the desktop version, it's in the troubleshooting settings within the settings menu on the bottom.
So the device is detected but all the communication fails.
Did the key inputs work? if so then only the config interface has issues.
