#EU-BIN Order is still at Departure to destination country

My order is EU19101H, tracking number is LY394421192DE.

My item is taking very long to reach Singapore, as I checked with Singapore Post they said that the item does not exist in their system yet. Would like to find out why my parcel has not reached Singapore as it has been around 2 weeks since I have not got an update yet from Deutsche Post whether it has arrived to Singapore.

I understand, but can you please check with Deutsche Post about this as I have no way to get Singapore Post to contact through them about the shipment

Singapore Post stated they have confirmed the item but it has yet to enter and reach their network as per their enquiry

And in 1st January onwards my country will be charging taxes for all low value items so I guess I am going to have to pay for this in order to receive my item. Will avoid using Deutsche Post in the future if I am purchasing from Wooting. If it arrives in Singapore soon then I may not need to.
