My order number is US24591H I emailed an request to remove the travel case but had no response about 4 days ago but haven't gotten a reply yet, and then today my order status changed from delivery estimated January 8-10th to Action Required - Check your email for details or reach out to us..
There wasn't any email/response and I tried to send an email but haven't received any reply back yet. What should I do?
