Make sure you use the provided cable, or if you want to use a 3rd party cable reduce LED brightness.
What you're experiencing is due to voltage drop coming from the power source.
If you're using the yellow and black braided Wooting cable your second hand purchase should have come with, then might also want to change USB ports to one directly connected to the motherboard

little update so more i go low with sens more i go close to 0.1 mm more it get crazy example 0.1mm go crazy write all kind of letts 2] 0.2-0.6mm it just write random letters when i click example i click letter ,, s ,, it write 10time ,, s ,, 3] if i go up mpre than 1mm seems work corretly ? so its it broken what do u think ?
sometimes she write really alot of stuff and now she just do this ? when i lift her in part ??
Is there anything magnetic near the keyboard?
Adding on to this; would using a powered usb hub (as in plugged into an outlet) fix the voltage issue?
In some cases yes, but that is highly dependent on the usb hub itself.
Yes - But no.
The voltage drop happens through the cable. So if the cable isn't stable enough for a Keyboard to PC connection, connecting it to a USB hub will be the same problem (except now you have an additional point of failure to deal with)
