#N key repeating 3+ times when pressed

Hello!

I am loving my keyboard and don't like to complain, so I was wondering if this is a fixable problem or not.
Currently these are the settings on the keyboard, I understand that it's quite a bit sensitive but I play online fighter games and Valorant, I am pretty used to typing and hitting keys lightly.

However, I am having a problem with one key and one key only, and that is the N key. It activates several times on press, and does not do it every single time, but quite often. I really do not want to change the keyboard settings due to one key, as I do prefer it the way it is, besides just this single key activating multiple times.

For example, one N keypress expected result --> n
What I get 50% of the time --> nnnnn

I truly love this product and don't want to make this ticket at all, as I love the work you guys are doing, if I could get this one thing resolved it would be 10/10 perfection.

I've done this a few times, used a few different devices as well

#

it appears to only be the N key still regardless

You could try switching ports

Just lowered the brightness to see if this helps,
Did try different ports as well

#

just pressed it like 50 times with no repetition, it appears that this is a faulty cable then, I will reach out to support

try turning off rapid trigger and then seeing if it happens, for me when I type with rapid trigger some keys spam too, my theory is that my hand shakes in a very small amount

rapid trigger I ruled out as the issue since I have no other keys that have this problem besides n

Very odd

oddly enough the brightness lowered at 75% from 100 seems to be working fine, no N repeats at all yet. I don't exactly understand how that would even make sense (cable bad but only effecting when typing N????) maybe a mix of keyboard / cable. I'll see if support can help me out, but for now this appears to be fixed
