I had requested cancle my pre-order at 4 days ago. I send lot and lot cancle request by official website and e-mail. But always has no reply or cancle it directly. I try all my methods to contact you but no one response. These days I only get an e-amil that introduce how the lekker switch works. I dont want to know it and just want to cancle my pre-order. It's driving me crazy anyone deal with it please?

On the 2nd of december I replied to you, asking for clarification about your initial email, asking if you'd want to ADD or remove keyboards. I never received an answer to this, and we handle emails by date.

Only one freight cost, yes. But it might be a bit more since it's a heavy package.
Alright. I will ask my colleague to send you an invoice for the price difference of an additional 3 keyboards and freight difference. So when that is paid the order says 4x Wooting 2HE 🙂
