I'm hoping it's just slow because my keyboard is probably with yours. My tracking is the same, but label was created 11/29 and it "departed" on 12/1. I'm thinking it was just loaded on a truck while they are packing and loading other orders before they are all taken to USPS. The compton thing throws me off, but I'm guessing it's just some sort of mistake? Hopefully we see an update on our tracking soon

@covert sleet i got my keyboard today, weird cuz they usually deliver during 1PM, but the USPS showed up at 7AM then i had my normal mail delivery, ACI didnt didntactually respond, im assuming they just notified USPS or something.

thanks bossman, tbh im prolly never gonna order from this company again, it was a shit show. i think just be patient, since its a carrier thats delivering, im assuming that they arent scanning at every stop, its literallry a truck thats just driving down the coast.
until it gets to the USPS store that its suppose to get too...

it's not really something to never order from them again, they did state it's a preorder and it's peak season so it's mainly the shipping couriers fault.
they shouldn't need to scan constantly to get from Cali to Vegas

Mine is UPS. and it’s horrible. Mine was due 28-30th Nov. My shipping updated its delivery frame until the 3rd dec, no news at all now. Wooting just please stop using UPS.
