This appears to be among a small number of orders that have gotten "lost" at the warehouse, and no one noticed there. We're working on a resolution as we speak to get this sorted and orders shipped to those affected.

Hmm? This is specifically for Behemoth* orders stuck for over a week in a "shipped?" limbo state.

Ok right. The OP was NA Behemoth which I think came after Haze and Thunder.. so thought I'd ask.
The orders that have shipment dates of the 25th of November and earlier will get replacements submitted tomorrow as well, that includes a number of Thunder and Behemoth shipments
