After a while it fails with the error:

Failed to find any requested bootloaders in the time specified

And when I unplug and plug it back in after that

It spams every key

#

I tried again with the actual app instead and same thing

Wootility v4.4.13

Using Wootility v4.4.13

After a while it fails with the error:

I tried fixing the bootloader error with this #1044391443445329970 message

But even with the bootloader error fixed, it still spams every key

Yes and no, cheaper cables cannot draw enough power but can also cause issues with updating etc

The latter being rate.

Gotcha, I have this one from glorious was about $50-60USD. Do you think it would be compatible?

Im not entirely sure but I think @mellow oriole knows more about this than me.

I remember some coiled cables having power draw issues though.

Practically all cables will work, just need to reduce LED brightness if you have issues

Hey, sorry I didnt notice this, I thought I had closed the issue. Yes I was, and it was directly connected to the pc, however it would seem that the update process temporarily broke the usb port I was using on the pc

#

I even tried to restart but the issue persisted

#

Eventually I tried plugging it into another usb port on the pc and that fixed it

#

But still a really weird issue to have
