My backspace on my wooting two he is not working properly

I wanted to clean my keycaps so I removed them with the keycap remover and now my backspace is not working properly (I did not get water or any liqud at any time and have taken good care of the keyboard). It did not rejister any keypresses untill I went in the the softwear and put the key to 0.1mm and I still have to fully bottem the switch out for it to mabey register. The switch or key cap looks totaly fine so im not sure what is wrong. I also tried to press switch bare without keycap to make sure that it was not how the keycap was sitting on the switch but go the same result Sorry for spelling cant really go back lol

Did you try turning it off and on again?

Unplug and replug the keyboard, don't touch it for five seconds after while it recalibrates.
