Yes - But also no. If you want your order to ship asap, then confirming the address when we send the mail for the remaining 70% will speed it up. But if you don't it will ship anyway but after about a week's time.

We do this AS a result of the delays to ensure the packages actually deliver successfully on the first try - Because the alternative isn't fun for anyone.

This is especially important in two scenarios.

  1. Your courier drops packages off at the doorstep with no signage required. And you're not home (or the address is wrong)

  2. Your live in a country where delivery can take weeks, then customs and then it might bounce back after waiting a month. And we need to redo it all.

You do not need respond on the second or minute by any means - We hear the feedback from the 30% headstart and we won't be doing that again.

Alright - Let me take a quick glance. So you're in remaining portion of Behemoth. So as much as I'd love to give you a specific date, we don't know exactly when the rest of the boards gets checked in (this part is out of our hands and given how Haze went is not predictable)

But - You should receive a confirmation mail - that actually lets you confirm once and for all - and once that is clicked, your order gets moved automatically to packaging and shipping, which means you should be left undisturbed until a tracking code pops up in your email. 🙂

Whole process is beyond frustrating. Dates should not be told til y’all know the dates. One date change yah but over a months difference is crazy.

In an ideal world we'd just have stock and ship it immediately.
In a less ideal world we'd set an estimate that could be months longer than needed.
In this world we've tried to keep the updates coming as our estimates have been - It is not at all optimal and we don't like it either. But it is ultimately where we are for right now.
