All I have heard is that "we launched an investigation with the fullfillment warehouse" this seems pretty ambiguous
I opened tickets with the fulfillment center for the orders for which this is the case. They need to investigate whether the order was not picked up or if the carrier lost it. Once they respond, we can take next steps.

I am also having the exact same issue. I have emailed support and received a vague response. Is there an approximate timeframe as to when I will hear back on this matter?
I would also like to add that my order has been marked as delivered in Wooting Hub when it has very much not been. This is extremely alarming and concerning to me, a swift response would be much appreciated.
I changed the designation in your hub to reflect that we're aware the shipment failed to deliver.
Additionally the fulfillment center merged all the tickets into one, so they're aware of the situation.
Probably didn't like the fact that I open half a dozen tickets at once, though as someone who closes tickets all day long I can understand that sentiment 😂

I wish I could give you an exact timeframe but I can only share the worst case - if it's not resolved by the fulfillment center and the parcel carriers involved within 14 days, we can assume it to be lost and send a replacement shipment.
I would hope that it gets sorted much quicker than that by way of either the fulfillment center or the parcel carriers, but I can't speak for them and with the holiday's it's a bit up in the air

Got it, so mine was marked "Repair, replacement, or refund." So we have to wait an additional 14 days to see if they find our missed package? I am a bit confused here, I paid for Air Freight and now I am going to get the keyboard even after the people who went by SEA. Can we do anything else to expedite this?
Unfortunately it is an inevitability that a small percentage of last-mile shipments go awry, and that could happen irrespective of which freight shipment your keyboard was on.
Rest assured we'll work to resolve it as soon as possible, and the good news is that we hold back keyboard stock to use in this situation if necessary, instead of having to wait for more boards to be produced.
The same thing has happened with mine also. Says delivered on the wooting hub but when I check the tracking number all it says is label created.

Understood that things can go a miss in a “last mile” but this is far from that. This is prior to shipment. And when this has happened in the past the item has never "been found". Even then, the item would not have been delayed as long as it has, at this point its pretty absurd.. I’d appreciate if at this point we shipped the extra stock keyboard to alleviate my waiting period. I ordered this as a holiday gift and its way past the original delivery date, where I’m now being told that the keyboard is essentially lost. Order # US17406H

I'd also like to ask that my order be shipped from extra stock in the same manner, if at all possible. While mine is for personal use, I'd still like to have it as fast as possible considering that I did pay the extra for air shipping. As mentioned, I do have a ticket in with support and I can update that ticket with this request on there as well if need be. Thank you!

Was there ever a resolution for this? I'm going through something similar and it's been nothing but crickets...
As far as I'm aware, all of the affected orders from NA-Haze shipments have been resolved with a replacement.
For the few NA-Thunder and NA-Behemoth shipments that experienced/are experiencing the same problem, by now those shipments should have been picked up else affected persons should reach out via the Wooting Hub to get shipment-specific support
This is not correct. Most of the people from the NA-Haze order that have been impacted from this have still been asking for clarification even last night.
I finished up the last of the replacement shipments this morning, so that could be a timezone mismatch situation.
Should anybody from that group of shipments still have an issue then they're welcome to DM me

After 24 hours of receiving a new tracking number (from you, specifically) and it not showing any updates whatsoever, I believe the order has been lost again. At they very least it should've been marked as received by the courier and given an estimated shipping date. Can you please provide some form of confirmation that a replacement was, in fact, sent?
Additionally, I would like a response regarding my request for a refund of the air freight fees. These services were not rendered and thus I should not be made to pay for them.

As it relates to the air freight shipping upgrade, I'll respond to that publicly should others also have a similar question.
The keyboard allocated to your order was in fact shipped by way of air freight. Therefore that service was delivered on, even if your last-mile shipment experienced issues. A small percentage of orders experience problems along the chain of custody from the fulfillment center to the parcel carrier, which can happen to both air freighted and sea freighted orders.
Label Created but no update yet. I'm not stressed yet because label was created monday end of business day and it can take a couple days to check in items especially at this time of year.
