Our estimates are based on the best available information, and we are as transparent and forthcoming as possible.

To be clear, every single estimate is and remains an estimate. There are an unbelievable number of moving parts as it relates to manufacturing and freight logistics, with many different companies involved. Some are very communicative with us, some are not.

As to whether or not you can trust us, that is 100% up to you. If you've lost your trust in our ability to deliver your keyboard, you're more than welcome to cancel your pre-order for a refund.

I have a question on the wooting page. It says delivery time 24-26. Does this mean that it will arrive at my house by this date?

We've come this far, so we wait.
We put up the money because we are counting on you guys.
The product is ready and now is the best time to get it.
And yet, we're six days late again.
In my country, people are desperate.
That's what the word on the street is.
They are in despair because everyone believed in the word that everything will be fine.

We must understand that reality.

And I understand your efforts.

I understand what I can control and what I can't.
Makes too many mistakes in situations that require control.
Too much stress on both sides because of honesty.
In that case, it would have been better to remain vague.
Discord is all words as to why it was not delivered on the specified date.
I keep waiting for an update from you guys.
People get upset when they don't get updates.
I think this time it was just a repeat of that.

understandable why they delayed but annoying. they should really email people about delays instead of "click here to find out more about why your order is delayed". should all be detailed in a single email instead of taking me out of the email app like apple does

Having just sent all those emails, the reason that it gets linked to a webpage instead of within the email itself is because formatting those email templates is a real pain and it's waaaay faster to just dynamically modify the link on the basis of batch than it is to craft half a dozen unique and lengthy emails

That short email alone has over 700 lines of formatting and content, I can't imagine how lengthy it would be if the entire update was coded into it

I do wish even just a new date would be emailed through. Like "your order has been delayed by x days, sorry and read more here".

But, fair enough. I can see the lengthy work if you were to automate customised emails.
