Wooting60HE not detected by Wootility.

When I launch Wootility and plug my 60HE in it shows arm device detected however the bubble next to profile remains orange. It trys to update the board but fails every time. I tried to restore the board but the website only has directions for the fullsized boards and not the 60HE..... I need help ASAP

the web app also doesnt show the Wooting Restore when trying to give it perms

Ok its updating. Why does that happen? Just curious as to the process

I don't recall the exact case, but it is something along the lines of Windows having a tiny bug in how it reads the serial number of the board, and in super rare cases it bugs out - without throwing an error to anything up the soup line.

By skipping reading a specific character, it doesn't bug out - And the board is seen.

Disregard, I just cancelled the app and relaunched and the update took!
