Hi there - I am not entirely sure where you got "moved to Boter" from. Your order does not appear to have any batch changes made, nor any conversations with support. 🙂
Seems as tough I misremembered then. Could you please tell me what batch my order is? In my panicking nature I didn't ask the question properly. I wanted to know if (attachment in this message) still applies to my order. If so I didn't get the mail to confirm the address.

That's an estimate of time for the arriving batch, based on previous ones. If you're referring to the middle of the first picture.

So if I got this right, my order is Reus batch, isn't in your warehouse and therefore I do not need to confirm my address (yet) because the shipping to buyers hasn't started.
