Are you sure the order has been delayed and that our new orderhub changes haven't caused confusion? 😀

We now show an estimated DELIVERY date (at your doorstep) instead of the SHIPPING date (leaving our warehouse)

That being said we are definitely not happy about the delays and understand your frustration about it.

and i can only repete myself it was just delayed to december and also i got an email 2 days ago about an order update telling me to check and thats when i saw december

But I am confident that you're confusing the old date scheme with the new, which are different dates but the same underlying dates. No changes there. pepesalute

Guys first off, it’s a pre order item. ie not in stock. Still has to be made and then shipped from the factory in China to the EU and NA warehouses for final inventory checks and only then it will ship.

Even though your orders haven’t been delayed, there are bound to be time changes. Those estimates that you saw initially when purchasing was to indicate when the keyboards would arrive at the EU or NA warehouses NOT when you would receive them. Now they have updated those estimate to actually show when YOU will get it at your doorstep which is why it’s 2 weeks later than the original estimate for Warehouse arrival.

It’s pretty normal to be taking this amount of time since it’s group pre orders which still need to be produced. Trust me your order never got delayed, if it was you would have gotten an official statement confirming any delays with an explanation as to why. I myself ordered in June and my batch did in fact have a delay and we received the proper info for it. This is a very transparent company.

also i dont think shipment to the warehouse, packaging and shipping too me would add a few months to the order

I ordered in June and only got mine about a week ago….that’s 3-4 months. This is a decent sized company but this isn’t Razer that already has 10k units just ready to ship like that.

You’re just confusing the estimate change with being a delay which it wasn’t.

Let’s look it at like this, when I ordered in June my estimate said September but I got airfreight so I could assume it would be at the warehouse around August right? Well no, because what if that estimate of September meant end of September then it would seemingly arrive at the warehouse beginning of September not somewhere in August anymore. It takes 1-2 weeks to then ship out from the warehouse to you as well. My batch actually had a true delay which they were transparent about and explained.

TDLR: if there actually were any delays in production or shipping you would have heard about it, they would literally announce it. The estimate dates were just update to show a different type of estimate ie, Arrive at Warehouse vs Arrive at your house.

They might have adjusted and delayed the first date but i'm sure as the person above says the new update you've received is one everybody who ordered has so

Well in #archived_wooting_60he they have a pinned message showing shipment estimate for those batches. Behemoth with Airfreight is estimated to ship from the Warehouse November 15th.
