I've sent multiple emails over the last week and I have received no reply so far for a number of days, what am I supposed to do about not receiving my keyboard?

Hi there - I see Calder has had a long conversation with you over mail. I can only repeat what he said - The package has been delivered to your building.

Please contact whoever handles the postal/package lockers in your building and ask them to keep the package till you come home, or see if you can make an agreement about letting friends or family pick it up for you during your abscence. 🙂

I was not at the building, i cannot ask them to keep the package, I didn't ask for the package to be left there, are you telling me I paid for nothing?
There is no one that can pick the package up for me

When I contacted you about it before I was specifically told it would eventually be returned to you and you will be able to re-ship it
