Well idk, I find it pretty convenient. If you are looking for settings, I would recommend starting with larger values and gradually lowering one of the variables, then adjusting the others until you find the sweet spot for yourself

The stock doubleshot PBT keycaps are not coated with anything, they are just PBT material. If they became glossy over time, that is normal wear on the plastic from skin oils and other abrasives.

Astrolink has 50g bottom out so might not work well with ceramic spacebar. I think 70-80g is recommended spring weight if you are using cerakeys. Just swap the spring for the spacebar switch

The only rich deep factor coming from that board is the board itself. I dont think Mega Keys listed the boards components but I'm pretty sure that the board has plate foam in it which cuts some of the highs and really emphasize the mids here.

New switch: Omnitype Heron switch sound test

Clean sound and similar stability to Owlab Ti HE with a less high pitched tone. Would not be surprised to see it replace the Owlab switch as the typical enthusiast HE switch pick.

Release date is summer-ish.

Like let's say i put up a Unikorn vs Frog mini Leggera case
Both are gummy mount cases but the quality build on the Unikorn is far much better and nicer than the leggera
