most of the 80HE now do come with spacebar foam, but no guarantees as it's based on whether you get a unit from a newer batch that has the updated spacebar foam

we added them to some keycaps as well iirc, but again even if we did there is no way for me to know the stock replacement status and which stocks are updated etc

the tl;dr answer is no one will be able to give you a 100% guarantee and you should order not assuming foam will be there in the keycap. But like I mentioned previously it is a extremely simple 30 second mod that has $3-5 kits available online so it's not something I'd base buying decision on

honestly in my humble opinion, kois are pretty average on the material spec sheet when comparing to some other HE switches. It follows the same ol PC top, POM stem, and PA66 bottom housing lineup. However the mold can be different and might be better than the others which i can't confirm. What I found works best for my prefence is using longer and heavier springs for a snappier and heavier feel and a more controlled sound due to the longer spring compression.
The stock springs from kois make the kois sound what i expect compared to the PC, POM, PA66 lineup but it can be changed maybe slightly with lube and again spring swap. Kois RGB with PA12 POM PA12 will be a different story. No one has it yet but it should be interesting
