i try to put 3 switches that have different types of preferences/use cases for each category normally.

gateron jade ultra is split stem, so has extremely stable bottom magnetic flux and has a fairly muted sound with short travel

raptor is competing in a totally different section - the 'i want the most physically overall stable' switch section. It got beat by UFO

PC plate is lower in frequency and can be described as dead for some
FR4 however is a more neutral plate, just like the PCB, they're made out of FR4. It's overall a balance sounding plate out of all the selections

btw just a tip, whenever you insert the pcb and what not, insert from the bottom up. You'll have more clearance of getting the oring in better due to the fact that the stabs housing are more spread out on the bottom compared to a backspace in the top right corner. It'll be even easier if you use split backspace as well.

It’s hard to go wrong with stock and tikkens are dirt cheap with stock setup, so you must as well try them and see if you like it

If you want to try other switches later for example, that’s always an option. However the chance for super cheap tikkens only comes when you’re buying your keyboard first time

Then tikkens should be a good starting point. They’re fairly muted sound and they have higher starting force than most HE switches

average is like 35start 50end roughly for switch force. Tikkens are 42 start with 54 end
