Yes you can use greases like xht, em501, dielectric grease, etc on stab wires to reduce rattle. Over time once broken in, yes it can leak as lube should. If you notice the stabs are becoming sticky, you can wipe of the grease under the stabs and on the pcb while retaining the amount of lube that has been broken in.
