Yeah I have a buddy who says 60hz is all he needs and he doesn't feel like he notices anything at higher refresh rates, but if I remember correctly, in the study I mentioned, they say it's hard for some people to perceive a difference if the gap isn't big enough, for example they might only notice a difference at 240Hz coming from 60Hz whereas someone with a more keen eye will notice a difference within a smaller gap like 120Hz to 240Hz or from 60Hz to 120Hz
