Hi, newbie here. I was asking yesterday what are the recommendations of switches for wooting80 mod. Found out that I don't like the stem wobble of Lekker's and I ended up with two choices that stand out to me and are quite interesting. TTC POM KOM and Raeds HE switches (maybe Geon Raw HE due to lower price). I've gone through reddit and found out people really like the TTC POM KOM but haven't seen much discussion on Raeds HE. Thanks to @tropic urchin and @cyan lark for educating me on topic of stem wobble and their recommendations. Anyone that could give feedback on those switches and which ones I should buy? Also I would like to buy keycap set, when I'm upgrading the keyboard.. Any tips where to get nice keycap sets? (preferably EU retailers and that don't cost fortune above 130USD?) Hey folks... Anyone had any success with the automatic switch pullers like from Keymove or Gateron? I have one of each and neither work consistently. Typically one of the steel gripping tabs will simply lose grip and break tabs on my Lekker V2's or diffusers on my Raptor HE's.

I just wondered if I happened to be so unlucky as to get two broken tools from two separate vendors with different designs or if these things are just inconsistent in general.

Using the Wuque puller for 80 switches makes my CT go crazy.

I guess the friction pad on my 80HE could be too tight?

I've had massive issues with the three switch pullers I tried when I replaced my Lekker V2s with the Geon RAWs. Broke half of my Lekkers, lol. I think next time I'll deconstruct the entire board and not just pull the keycaps and switches from the assembled plate. It felt incredibly tight.

You can try the TX APs, you can install them but there’s a high chance they won’t functions optimally or at all. SW Knight V2s fit properly and function well.

Venom 60he with 6.25, wish I got the 7 but 🤷. I got raw he on them with some durock v3 stabs, balance the wires so no more ticking. I use the fr4 plate with the plastic wooting case with some okayish amazon keycaps. Hoping to get a good case for it soon
