If its too sluggish then you overlubed them. Just remove some of the lube

If the switch is coming out with the keycap then your switch isnt inserted all the way into the plate.

Money back is highly unlikely but you can remove the lube. Also, the lube will take a few days to settle in. Take a breath and make sure you followed all the steps. If youre plate is moving and switches come out, you missed a step.

Thats my tinker focus, is stability. I manually swapped the stem from 70 Raptor Geon HE switches with the Lekker 60 stem that I manually lubed. I just wanted to have the most stable stabilizers, dont kink shame me 🤣

You can try to put an elastic band over the screw where the screw head was and try to unscrew it that way
