Cherry MX reds are 45g actuation force with a 75g bottom out force.
Lekkar L60's would be 40 actuation then 60 bottom out.

ah, didn't know they redesigned to fix it. I don't use rgb anyways, don't like like the look so it's no big deal for leds to be dimmer since they're off anyway

Yeah in OTs video, the apex comes close to the wooting latency but it’s still not as fast as wooting and the wooting feels and sounds a lot better stock out of box

If you want a custom keyboard I’d say 100% get a wooting

But if you just want a gaming keyboard and don’t care to take care of it or mod it or do maintenance then get an apex pro

(I own a 2023 apex pro TKL)

Seeing whether I can find a sound comparison of non lubed springs vs lubed

I would have gone with .16mm instead of .2mm knowing what I know now, and I would lube at the same time if I wasn't planning on replacing these.
it made a couple of them inconsistent but I just put those on keys I don't use rather than lube all of them

Yeah then you'll want to clean the factory lube off your switches and stabs

do your mods

then re lube

you can do paper towel and rubbing alcohol or a toothbrush

I guess you wouldn't really need to clean your switches because with switch tape mod you're just doing the top housing but you'll want to hand lube all your switches anyway

and for holee mod you will need to clean your stabs
