Any size will do, 50a is just a middle hardness. You can even choose 40-45a. The softer the o-ring the lower the # and the larger the diameter. Too low and itll be tough to install

Complete speculation but I believe the changes they made was to accommodate for their own switches and since tooling/retooling is expensive and time consuming they ran all of the switches for Wooting and themselves from the same lines. While those changes may have improved yields, it impacted the experience.

That oil is too thin for switch lubing. Its 105g consistency. If you want the real real pro tip, you buy this https://www.amazon.com/Super-Lube-92003-Lubricating-Translucent/dp/B0081JE0OO/ref=sr_1_3 along with the oil and then mix to the consistency that you want.

The Wooting lube kit is a great value if you dont have any of the tools and only plan to lube a few boards. If you have the tools or plan to lubes 1000's of switches, its not the best value

For spring lubing yes its perfect. Toss springs in small bag, add a few drops of the oil, seal bag, shake it like a polaroid picture and youre done

Personally? No I dont. Speculatively because of the material cost, design, quality and demand. It's currently, IMHO the best tray mount case on the market. That comes with a price though.

I've used almost all of them. Ive tested/tried over a dozen different cases (both tray mount and top/gasket mount with custom fabricated plates). Money aside I think the Fjell is the best tray mounted one that's currently shipping.

One is a grease one is an oil. Grease for stab wires, oil for spring lube, mixed for switch housing

Thats a bit harder to say. Ive tested the Hive60, Raindrop60, Sirius60, Frog Mini (tadpole mount), and one other that slips my mind. I ended up using the Sirius60 with one of my 60HE's but that was less because I liked the sound the most and more people I prefer the look the most
