I think a good idea would have a 3 or more common game profile setup in the wootility-lekker app in the inactive profiles to get people with the wooting a general understanding of what is a good baseline for their preferred game, CSGO/VALORANT APEX/ARENAFPS MOBAS, FORTNITE, etc.

I don't understand his rapid trigger decisions though, but he also showed that he doesn't quite understand how it works or what the settings do
Changing the actuation point on the superglide key is also something I did for my settings to make supergliding more consistent
it is kind of the same as changing the form of your thumb when pressing the key combination to delay the crouch key, but here you change how deep the second key actuates which is much more comfortable and consistent indeed

No I bought ISO DE so the preinstalled layout when i type is the german one, but I bought ISO Uk layout keycaps and for the most parts they are the same but the special characters while pressing shift,ctrl, ect. are different then displayed on the keycaps this is due to it being a preinstalled ISO DE but I obviously want ot switch over now to the UK Layout so the right keys are mapped while pressing shift,ctrl,ect.

all iso keyboards on the planet work the exact same no matter their language.... what makes the language match the keycaps is the language you set in your OS
the reason your computer needs to know what keyboard language you use is because keyboards dont have any differences in what they send to the pc

Don’t know why you want „at least a Level 10“ to create a profile - Especially if you don’t take the time to search this Wooting Discord properly.

You don’t need to be a „LVL 10“ to understand nor create a good working Profile and get the basic mechanics of CS:GO… it’s RapidTrigger after all.

tbf in the end it's preference, there are so many factors that affect the whole thing. I know that zywoo uses 0.1 actuation and 0.1 rapid trigger on everything (or used to), natosaphix had like 0.4 act and 0.2 rt iirc, those high enough elo for you?

I was using 0.1 but it actually makes counter strafing pretty difficult and can make misclicks too easy in a game as punishing for movement as CS

I like .3mm actuation, .2mm downstroke and .6mm upstroke on WASD with Rapid Trigger.
All others at around 1.5mm.
Tachyon enabled of course. Sometimes I use .4mm upstrokes, just preference honestly.
The „Valorant“ Profile is a good starting point - Yes you don’t really need to counterstrafe in Valorant, but I am certain you can dial in your preferred upstroke/downstroke for Counterstrafing in Counter-Strike using that Profile.

I’m sure you can. Just go to remap tab in wootility. Press add layer if you don’t have one. Press on that layer and remap the buttons. Fn1 layer is activated then you press fn button. Fn2 layer is active then you press fn caps lock by default if i’m not wrong.

Hmmm… maybe someone from wooting team can help you out. Try opening a support post. In my language we also use these letters. I just change language by a shortcut. It’s a lot easier to type special letters with one button press instead of going to the fn layer in my opinion.

If you have a 60HE, seek the best remapping configuration so you have quick access to delete key, Home, End, and arrow keys with shift/ctrl modifiers
something I enjoyed was switching
CapswithFn2, turningWASDinto your arrow keys, andQ / EintoHome / End
for actuation/rapid-trigger, all personal preference; I used to type with 1.0mm actuation and 0.5/0.5 rapid trigger

its not really a big problem in-game, just a potential hinderance in movement, when I first saw the profile, I thought why wouldn't I also have the DKS on W/S (cause backwards/diagonal counter strafe is a thing, even though its niche), but then I realized it would screw up some skill jumps (for example jumping onto the new boxes on split requires you to jump from rafters and release W and air strafe a bunch to barely make it)
so similarly, there are some instances where you want precise movement on A/D that would require you to not always press the opposite cardinal direction of D/A
using DKS that way is a really neat idea tho

ahhh ye i get that. for me that isnt really a problem. i only noticed that when playing mincraft and the movement there has to be perfect so then i turn it off. but when playing valorant i dont notice it at all. the reason i didnt turn it on w and s is because i thought i would cause more problems then it solved

it needs a bit of setting up like disabling WASD on csgo settings and then you are stuck to using them unless you put them back and switch to normal layout

I cant seem to find any good profiles for csgo it seems buggy in game

it isn't buggy for me except the shift walk. The walking speed with the keyboard settings for A and D is set to below 80 units so you are still accurate while walking sideways and you can pop heads. But normal shift walking speed is 111 units with an ak. So when I wanna walk that speed I press shift. But that's where it becomes a bit of a mess because sometimes the game recognizes you pressing shift and you can actually shift walk. But sometimes it doesn't recognize and then you just start sprinting and make footstep noises so it's been very rng for me. Other than that it works fine.
I could just learn to put two different speeds and then compeletely forgot the entire shift key and then all would depend on just how much i press they key down instead.
I suck at explaining but I hope you understood something.
Also you have to fully unbind WASD in csgo to be able to use joystick controls @rare spruce

so when you press the key slightly you can walk and shoot accurately. When you press a little more you can walk the normal walking speed and fully pressed you are running.

probably not perfect, it has DKS for quick uppercut on C (counter composite button has to be disabled), you have to rebind C to CTRL for crouch tho
also doing fancy impractical stuff like heavenstep seems to be too hard with 0.1mm rapid trigger, if anyone has a better profile or any suggestions feel free to share, in general if you do too many mistakes in your combos, dashes etc. try to increase... I couldn't find the perfect balance

Ironically enough, not optimal. He didn't set-up custom up- and downstroke sensitivities for Rapid Trigger, which may well be his preference, but most people would benefit from raising the upstroke sensitivity a bit. Rapid Trigger is also enabled on every key when it should probably be turned off for a few, like CTRL and Shift at least.
Tachyon mode should be enabled, I guess he can't because of his custom cable though.
Everything else seems to just be preference.

This isn't meant to be optimal either! I'm a fairly new wooting owner and still make changes to things every day. Just take it as a reference for a different approach.

The most beneficial factor would be Rapid Trigger on your movement and edit keys
And likely a high/sensitive actuation point on your building&edit keybinds for faster response times
But you would need to figure out what works for you as super high sensitive profiles can also mess you up with fat-finger moments
Can take inspiration from what other FPS-based profiles do here

Rapid Trigger > Advanced Settings > Separate up/downstroke sensitivity
I mistakenly said to raise upstroke sensitivity when lowering it a bit would be best practice, increasing the number must have translated to it being higher in my head. It's done correctly in the profile if you want a visual example. Anyway, the idea is to avoid accidental releases of the key that could happen quite easily with just .15 mm margin of error.

I made a request for it a long time age and others on here agreed it would be useful to have, there was also a concern I had with the DKS would hang between profiles ( not going to explain it I made a video on it a long time ago ), Either way as I know they were not fixed in V4 I have a work around for the DKS issue, and the sorting I will just put up with it. 🙂

I learned from some youtube video quite some time ago that in Apex, inputs are processed on a frame-by-frame basis. So supposedly, if your game is running at 165fps (what I do), then an input that is tapped for two consecutive frames would be interpretted by the game as being held down for both of those frames, since it didn't detect your button release that happened before the end of the first frame. Supposedly, the only way to spam inputs, would be to not spam them in excess of half the frame rate that your game is running at. That way the game could detect the input as being pressed for one frame, then released for the next frame, before detecting the input being pressed again on the next frame, etc.
I'm not 100% sure that this is legit info and I'm not sure how I could verify its validity. But if it is legitimately the case for Apex, then I guess there's a chance that it could be the case for CS2 as well.

No. If I'm understanding it right, the tick rate setting in Wootility (which only affects DKS or Mod Tap) allows you to limit how many times per second that the keyboard checks for inputs and outputs those inputs.
I very well could be wrong, though. Even if it was the case, it wouldn't make sense to me why it would work almost perfectly for me at 30 Tick rate and not 60. Because half of my frame rate is 82.5. And a 60 Tick rate is definitely below that.

The aliases makes movements instead of being counted in sub-tick they will be counted on the client side (64 tick). Making it feel super easy to counter strafe and do movement like you did in csgo while in cs2. Without that “ice” feeling. Also, it’ll make your air strafes better.

I’m currently using .1mm acc, with a .50 rapid trigger, before this it was basically impossible to really use .1 or anything low really to be good. I had to switch to .7 to make it feel normal but after this I’m back at .1

main thing is the actuation point. zekkens is 0.1 and jings was 2.5 i believe. im not sure because i changed it a bit and i use jings for cs2
