Setup the PiHole server and give it a static IP, make sure your router can see the static IP and it's not already leased.
Once you have that put the DNS address as the IPv4 address of the PiHole, 192.168.0.67, for example.
My pihole is 118.117.7.101, I can either tie that to a local domain or just enter that address as my DNS server.
Bonus points if you run the pihole in a proxmox server. :p
