As of Windows 10? (8.1?) you have IPv6 enabled by default. So that's the consumer sorted (to an extent)

Then you need ISPs to translate and negotiate. And then you need the servers to handle IPv6 natively. All of them.

As long as IPv4 is needed somewhere on the chain, people aren't going to make the major shift.

I looked and just about everyone recommends at that budget to just 1) use an SPDIF switch cuz they cost like $15 - $25 if not less sometimes, or 2) use an SPDIF to coax adapter that also costs like $15 max since MANY more DACs have both SPDIF and coax. Even with your 150€ limit, that still leaves 135€ for a very nice DAC on top of that
