AFAIK, its a fork of Plasma desktop, so im sure you can get it to how you like, but the built in settings have only accent color and things
so not much to customise right now
you can turn off the magic lamp effect in MacOS
you can make it do what windows does instead, just make the window smaller as it reaches the dock
